🛥️ What is the Sunset Boat party?

Answer

For our welcome event, we will be doing a sunset boat cruise on Friday, 11/7. You are more than welcome to attend, but also not mandatory. The boat will depart at 2:30pm and will return at 6pm. Inclusions on board: —Fresh fruits, pizza, cold cuts +crackers, chips & Fried chicken — 120 bottled water, 6bot red wine & cocktail) and beer 100p/can —Snorkeling - we do provide snorkeling gear & life vest (snorkeling fee guests expense 100/pax) —Deck Jumping, paddle boarding, crystal kayak & sightseeing —Party Dance together with our Live Dj and super hype tour staff Note: Guests can bring their own foods & drinks as they wish no corkage fee. 🎬 Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sanHtgkC-K4

🛬Where do I go once I land in the Manila airport? How do I connect to my domestic flight?

Answer

You will need to pick up your bag from baggage claim and go through customs. After exiting the international terminal, you will head to the domestic terminal to catch your flight to Boracay. Here's a quick video guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PDjNyicIv0o

Expect warm, humid days (around 80°F / 27°C) and light ocean breezes at night. Pack light, breathable fabrics.

🚌 How will I get from the Caticlan airport to my hotel in Boracay?

Answer

It's really easy to navigate from the Caticlan airport to Boracay! You can either choose to DIY or coordinate with your hotel. Please ask Asya or your hotel about their transportation services to/from the Caticlan Airport. From Caticlan Airport, guests will take a short van ride to Caticlan Jetty Port, followed by a 15-minute boat ride to Boracay.

💰Do we need cash, or do most places accept card?

Answer

Many restaurants and hotels accept cards, but it’s a good idea to carry some pesos for trike rides, tips, and smaller shops. There will also be stands where you can exchange physically exchange money. These places will only accept clean bills (i.e., not ripped, bent, or faded)

👔 What is the attire?

Answer

Semi-Formal/Elevated Resort Wear in shades of green. See the very top for insparation. The ceremony will be taking place on the beach and the cocktail hour/reception will be in other parts of Asya (i.e., restaurant and outdoor pool area).

What are the need to know dates for the wedding weekend?

Answer

Aside from the ceremony/reception taking place on Saturday, November 8 2025, we are also planning a few events to take place during that weekend. We'd recommend the following dates to plan for: Thursday, 11/6 - Monday, 11/10 (Wedding Weekend) Monday, 11/10 - Thursday, 11/13 (Optional - El Nido, Palawan) Thursday, 11/13 and Beyond (Optional - Manila)

What types of flights/dates should we book?

If attending only the wedding and ceremony, purchase a ROUNDTRIP ticket to Boracay on the following dates: Arriving Flight 11/4 ( You will arrive in Boracay technically on 11/6) To: Boracay Caticlan Airport Returning Flight 11/10 (You will arrive back in the US on the same day) From: Boracay Caticlan Airport ----- If you are joining us for El Nido, Palawan, either purchase a (1) ROUNDTRIP or a (2) MULTI-CITY ticket on the following dates for the following cities: (1) ROUNDTRIP OPTION: Note: If you choose this option you will still need to book a one-way from Manila to Boaracay on 11/6. Arriving Flight: 11/4 ( You will arrive in Boracay technically on 11/6) To: Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport Returning Flight Date will depend on how long you'd like to stay in Palawan and/or Manila. Our plan is to be in Manila from 11/13 - 11/16. From: Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport (2) MULTI-CITY OPTION: Flight #1 (Arriving Flight) 11/4 (You will arrive in Boracay technically on 11/16) Home City -> Boracay, Caticlan Airport Flight #2 (Returning Flight) Date will depend on how long you'd like to stay in Palawan and/or Manila. Our plan is to be in Manila from 11/13 - 11/16. 11/16 (You will arrive back in the US on the same day) Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport -> Home City Note: Palawan flight details will be communicated later on.

Can these dates be shortened or extended?

Answer

That is totally up to you! You are allowed to shorten or extend your dates, but know that if you choose to stay at Asya, the discount only applies to the 11/6 - 11/10 room block.

Are there any recommended hotels nearby?

Answer

We recommend two options: A) You can request to purchase a room at Aysa Premier Suites, which includes a wedding discount. See the "Travel" tab to learn more. B) There are plenty of hotels and other accommodations available in Boracay as well. Feel free to book elsewhere if you'd prefer!

What is the nearest airport to Boracay? Are there any direct flights to this airport from major cities?

Answer

The nearest airport is Caticlan (Godofredo P. Ramos Airport) (MPH). Many International flights connect through Manila or Cebu, with domestic flights available to Caticlan. Note: If you will be flying into Manila or Cebu, you will need to leave the international terminal and go to another terminal for domestic flights.

Are children allowed?

Answer

Of course babies and little ones are welcome at our wedding! However, we also encourage our guests to think about making this a personal vacation. Feel free to bring your children if you wish, but know that it's perfectly fine to enjoy this time as a getaway for yourselves as well!
