Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 3:45PM so we can start promptly at 4:00PM.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black tie optional. Weather permitting, our ceremony will take place at the Grand Pavilion, a covered but open-air space. Please dress accordingly as we know it may be a bit chilly! If the weather does not cooperate, our ceremony will be inside the Engine House adjacent to the Pavilion. Guests will be notified ahead of time if there is a change in ceremony location.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Valet parking is available.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Guests will have two opportunities to take the trolley from the Hotel Palomar to the ceremony and reception location. At the end of the reception, the trolley will make multiple trips escorting guests from the venue to the Palomar.
