PLEASE READ BELOW FOR ALL YOUR TRANSPORTATION QUESTIONS.
There will be plenty of parking at the venue if you wish to drive yourselves, but we are offering shuttle services to and from the wedding venue if you would like to leave your car at the hotel. The shuttles will not be able to accommodate child car seats or booster seats. Please arrange travel accordingly. PLEASE NOTE: Ubers are not a reliable form of transportation in this area. It is best to schedule Ubers a few days in advance or schedule other services if needed.

Public parking is available along King Street (metered spaces are free after 5 pm) and the Watauga County Parking Deck at 140 N. Water Street (free after 5:30 pm). There is also parking along Queen Street between N. Water Street and N. Depot Street.
Shuttles
CHANGE: There will be one pick up location:
If planning to drive to the shuttle pick up spot, please go to the Courtyard Inn. ***THE SHUTTLES WILL LEAVE THE HOTELS PROMPTLY AT 4:00 pm.*** We recommend that you arrive from 3:30 to 3:45 pm. Return shuttles will depart at various times including 9 pm, 10 pm and 10:30 pm. We can accommodate earlier returns if needed.

It is best to arrange ahead of time, but they will be available for use all night. The price is dependent on location and amount of people. Tipping is greatly appreciated.
