Question

Will the ceremony be outside?

Answer

Yes, if the weather is nice, the ceremony will be outside. There is a sidewalk to the ceremony spot though, so guests will not have to worry too much about walking in the grass in order to get to the ceremony spot.

What will happen if it rains?

Answer

The venue is very flexible in the event of rain. We will still have the ceremony and reception. The ceremony would either be moved to the covered patio or to the indoor reception venue. We are thankful for the venue's flexibility in this area!

What if it is too hot?

Answer

If it turns out to be a ridiculously hot day, we would move the ceremony to either the covered patio area which has fans or to the indoor reception space. We don't want our guests to be miserable!

Will guests be required to wear masks.

Answer

No, guests will not be required to wear masks. The venue does not require it at this point. Anyone who would feel more comfortable wearing a mask is welcome to do so. We are just happy you are there!

Will there be alcohol served at the wedding?

Answer

No, we will only have non-alcoholic beverages (water, lemonade, iced tea, coffee). We want to keep it a family-friendly space.

Will there be foods I can eat if I have an allergy or dietary restriction?

Answer

The dinner we will be having is a buffet with many options for dairy-free, gluten free, plant-based, keto. etc. If you have an allergy or dietary restriction you are particularly concerned about, please contact us at 41jadestone@gmail.com and we can work together to find a solution. We want all of our guests to be able to enjoy the time!

Will there be any activities for kids in between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, at this point we are planning to have some yard games and a few other sources of entertainment for gusts while they wait. Overall, we want our wedding to be family-friendly and something that kids will enjoy as well.

Question

Can I bring gifts/registry items to the wedding rather than sending them in the mail?

Answer

Yes! We will have a gift table and a card box.
