Where should guests park for the wedding?

Answer

Guests may park at the Disneyland Hotel Self-Parking Lot. Upon entering the lot, notify staff that you are attending the wedding of Willis and Stephanie. Parking lot address: 1150 West Magic Way, Anaheim CA, 92802. Please note that overnight parking is not permitted.

What arrangements are in place for guests who may need mobility assistance?

Answer

Guests who may require mobility assistance are kindly encouraged to plan ahead to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We recommend Scooterbug Wheelchair Rentals: https://www.scooterbug.com/anaheim/ Please note that transportation is not provided to the event wheelchairs are not available onsite and cannot be requested the same day.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 5:00PM. We recommend allowing 20–30 minutes to park and find your way to the venue. Once the ceremony has begun, guests arriving late will not be permitted to enter until the wedding party have all reached the front and the processional is complete.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, with the reception to follow indoors.

Will transportation be provided? How do I get to the wedding venue?

Answer

Please note that transportation to the venue will not be provided. Guests are welcome to drive and park at the Disneyland Hotel Self Parking Lot. For added convenience, ride-share services such as Uber or Lyft, as well as the local shuttle, are also great options

Have you booked hotel blocks for guests?

Answer

While we have not reserved any hotel blocks, there are plenty of wonderful accommodations just a short distance from the venue. For our out-of-town guests, we invite you to visit the 'Travel' page for a list of our recommended hotels.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests submit their RSVPs at their earliest convenience. The FINAL date to RSVP is August 15th. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate responses received after this date.
