As we gather to celebrate love in the vibrant city of Orlando, we are delighted to welcome you during one of its peak seasons. June offers the warm embrace of daytime temperatures ranging from 90 to 100 degrees, while evenings provide a delightful coolness of about 70 to 80 degrees. Prepare for long, sun-kissed days, and don't forget to pack an umbrella, just in case those occasional showers decide to join our festivities! Rest assured, the ceremony and reception will be comfortably held indoors, with a lovely cocktail hour on the covered terrace, allowing us to enjoy the beauty of our surroundings.

After the ceremony, the newlyweds, family, and bridal party will take some time for photos and freshen up in preparation for the reception. Meanwhile, all other guests are invited to enjoy the cocktail hour on the outside terrace, where delightful hors d'oeuvres and refreshing beverages will be served as we prepare the reception area for the festivities to come!

Please note that directions to the venue may vary depending on your starting address. The venue is conveniently located between Westpointe Blvd and Via Vivorno Ave, directly across from Brighthouse Title Insurance Agency and Izziban Sushi and BBQ. You’ll find free street parking available, as well as a spacious parking lot behind the venue, complete with signage. For those needing it, there is accessible parking directly behind the venue with a clear pathway to the entrance. **A friendly reminder**: Please do not park in the covered parking spaces, as they are reserved for local residents and are marked with clear tow-away signs. We will have a courtesy sprinted avaliable to transport any guests from the Holiday Inn Orlando International Dr-Icon. If you prefer the ease of rideshare apps (such as Uber, Lyft, or local taxi services), we encourage you to make arrangements in advance.
We kindly ask that you arrive by 5:15 PM, with 5:30 PM being the absolute latest, at the wedding venue. Our event staff will be ready and eager to greet you upon your arrival. Please note that the ceremony will commence promptly at 6:00 PM, and latecomers will unfortunately not be permitted to enter once it begins.
Due to budget and venue constraints, we must adhere to a strict guest list. Our wedding is an RSVP-only event and can accommodate only those listed on your invitation.

We encourage you to book with our preferred hotel “Homewood Suites by Hilton Orlando-Nearest Universal Studios” early to secure the best rates, as the vacation season (May through August) tends to bring rapid price increases. Absolutely! Accessible parking is available at the rear of the venue, just a few steps from the entrance. The ceremony will take place on the second floor, and guests are welcome to use either the elevator or the stairwell to reach it. Once the ceremony concludes, all wedding festivities will move to the first floor for the remainder of the evening.
After the ceremony, join us for hors d'oeuvres and refreshments during the cocktail hour. Dinner at the reception will be buffet-style, featuring a variety of dishes, including gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian options to accommodate all dietary needs.
All transportation, with the exception of arrangements for the bridal party and family members, will be the responsibility of each guest. However, if you choose to stay at the wedding party’s preferred hotel, you’re welcome to use the shuttle services provided by the couple for travel to the wedding venue.
