Bridesmaid
I chose you to be my bridesmaid because you are the best of me. Watching you grow has been one of the greatest joys of my life. I needed someone stylish, strong, and just a little sarcastic. You’re not just my daughter — you’re my right hand, my “mini me,” and I couldn't imagine this day without you.
Bridesmaid
I chose you because I have known you since birth. You are loving, genuine, and such a sweetheart. You are my reminder that life is full of beauty, even in chaos. You are a great mother to Kash and a great friend. I chose you to stand by me because you're not just my daughter but my second hand mini me!
Bridesmaid
I chose you to be my bridesmaid because you’ve been a built-in friend since day one. From the moment we met, we instantly clicked. My Virgo sister — you understand me without judgment and always keep it real. It’s truly my pleasure to have you standing with me on my very special day.
Bridesmaid
I chose you to be my bridesmaid because you're like a sister to me. To know you is to love you. You are genuine, kind, and such a beautiful soul. You came into my life and reminded me that family isn’t always defined by blood. Thank you for being such a sweet friend. I’m so honored to have you standing with me on my special day.
Bridesmaid
I chose you because you hold a special place in my heart. We both share a precious gem "KASH" together. You love him so dearly and that means so much to me. No only does Kash make us family, he has given us a friendship everlasting. I couldn't have asked anyone better than you to stand with me on my special day.
Bridesmaid
I chose you because you already hold a special place in my heart as Kash's God Mother. Thank you for guiding my grandson and for choosing to stand with me on my special day. God mom by day, Bridesmaid by Choice!
Maid of Honor
Latoya, we’ve truly done life together. You are my confidant, my sister, and my ride or die. No one knows me like you do — you’re my heart. More than a best friend, you're my forever person. You’ve seen every version of me and loved me through them all. There’s no one I’d rather have holding my dress while I pee (LOL). You're not just part of my special day — you're leading the love squad.
Best Man
I remember when I started at APD in December 2000 and you were siting in the roll call room. I saw your light shining and we struck up a conversation and talked about where we were from. You begin to talk and give advice on how to maneuver at the agency. From there we began hanging out and you were like a older brother looking out within and outside the agency where we became family. I remember traveling and breaking down in the middle of the night and you calling to check on me only to know I was stranded and without hesitation jumped up and drove a 1:45 minutes to give me a ride and tow my car home. Fast forward to today, I'm thankful for the brotherhood we have

You’re my cousin, but I’ve always seen you as a brother. We’ve been hanging tough since I was about five years old. Through good days and challenging ones, we’ve always been there for each other. You’ve offered great advice throughout the years and have been a strong support system. I’m proud to call you family.

We met in 2007 at APD and quickly discovered we shared many interests outside of law enforcement and the military. Over time, our friendship grew into something deeper — family. I’ve learned so much from you, both through the good and challenging moments. You’ve shown me that family doesn’t always have to be blood, and I’m proud to call you my brother.

We met in 2001 at APD while going through similar life experiences. Our friendship grew, and even when life caused us to pause, we never truly lost contact. We simply hit play and picked up right where we left off. Over the years, we’ve traveled near and far, focusing on building wealth and creating a legacy for our children, grandchildren, and generations to come. I’m thankful for the memories we’ve shared and the brotherhood we continue to build.

Mann where do I start......... We been knowing each other since grade school when we both was living in Southgate. Time passed but we still stayed in contact. We eventually served during the same time while in the service and deployed to Iraq together. You even became my brother in other social groups. We've experienced life changes but still remained in contact and looked out for each other. I see you as a great friend and glad to call you my brother and appreciate the brotherhood we have.

Our meeting was truly destined by God. We met in 2006 at 6:40 a.m. in the muster room at the Albany Police Department. We patrolled the streets together, riding in car 183 — and only we know those stories. Although I was your trainer, I quickly saw you as a brother. Over the years, we’ve stayed connected no matter the time or distance. I’m grateful you’re here to witness what you spoke over my life years ago.

My boi! We’ve known each other since childhood — graduated from the same high school, served in the military together, and deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan. We were even roommates during deployment. We’ve experienced the highs and lows together, and I’m proud to call you my brother, family, and friend.
