16 year Vow Renewal!

It all started with fried chicken and teenage charm. Back in March of 1999, 15-year-old Shadonna was working the drive-thru at Mrs. Winner’s in Stone Mountain, Georgia when 17-year-old Bill rolled through and didn’t just leave with a biscuit. He scored her number too! A simple exchange of numbers turned into something special. Bill would often pick Shadonna up from school, and the two would spend time together just riding around and hanging out. Life eventually took them in different directions. During that time, Bill welcomed his first child, Iyana McGraw, on December 27, 1999, and Shadonna became a mother to her first son, Darius Searcy, born on December 24, 2003. Though they were walking separate paths, true love has a way of finding its way back. In November of 2005, fate intervened and reunited them. The bond they had once shared came rushing back stronger, wiser, and rooted in real life. On November 1, 2009, they said "I do," officially beginning a new chapter of their journey together. On January 8, 2012, they welcomed their first child together-Samiya McGraw, a symbol of their growing love. Their journey has been filled with highs and lows, laughter and tears, real challenges, lessons and growth. But no matter the challenge, love always led them back to each other. Bill has always promised Shadonna the wedding of her dreams and now, on November 1, 2025, they are celebrating that promise with a vow renewal and to celebrate a love that has stood the test of time.
