We are getting married!

Willie and I met at this very hotel where we are now planning our wedding. We both work at The Partridge Inn part-time. I noticed Willie at the hotel on many occasions and his demeanor attracted my attention. I can recall seeing him at the time clock and he looked so somber. I spoke to him, and it was what he said to me that made me stop in my tracks. I felt something special about him radiate through my being. It was as if he touched my soul. I observed him for three months. It was on a Sunday he came up to the front desk to greet me. All I can remember is being so excited to see him. I told him that I had been intrigued by him and would like to know more about him and what he enjoys doing. It had to be God because I have never approached a man in that manner. I caught Willie by surprise, and he gave me his number. I did not see him the rest of the day - the man was hiding from me. Willie said he thought he was getting pranked; he had no clue that I was interested in him. We officially became a couple on September 5, 2022. He proposed to me on May 10, 2023. He called and asked if I wanted to go out to dinner. I declined as it had been a long week, not knowing he was outside my door. He knocked on the door and was on his knees. I was so surprised that I shut the door in his face. I opened the door in tears, and he was still on his knees. As you all know, I said “YES.” Willie is the most loving, honest, respectable, and funniest man I have ever met. We bring sunshine into each other’s lives, and I could not be more excited to marry the man of my prayers. It happened when I least expected it. It took inner work to attract the man of my prayers who sees me, and I am so thankful to have listened to my spirit. When you hear Willie talk about me you will know why we are getting married. We accept each other for who we are. He has made a better person out of me and allowed me to look at myself without judgement. He brings out the inner little girl side of me yet admires the woman I am. Willie is very into men's mental health and looks for ways to help when needed. We will continue to love and honor each other as we embark on our new life together. We have made a declaration to find each other in our next lifetime. We are flawed beautifully in this journey called life. Thank you all for sharing this joyous moment in our lives.
