Are you registered? Where?
Answer
Thank you for your generosity! Our gift requests are located on the "Registry" tab on our Zola site (for quick access: https://rb.gy/gddev7) Note #1: If you bring a gift in-person, please put it in a gift bag with tissue paper. No wrapped gifts are allowed (per Coast Guard regulations) Note #2: Once you buy something, please mark it as "purchased" on the registry. Otherwise, someone else may buy the same gift (and we don't need double of anything lol)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Arrive to board at 5:30 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6PM. Note: If you have questions related to the wedding location, please text or call Jeremy Wood (585-451-1088)

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Cocktail attire. Think dressy but not too dressy. Your outfit should be suitable for events like cocktail parties, where a well-fitted suit or dress with nice accessories would be appropriate. Note: If we have the hold the ceremony on the skydeck, the metal seats will be hot (because of sun). Keep that in mind as you select your outfit (and be sure to bring sunscreen!)

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
No. Only select friends and family members are allowed a plus one (this will be clearly indicated in the RSVP link). If you have additional questions about plus ones, please reach out to Julia or Ben. Note: Children count as a "plus one" since they cannot board for free.

Is parking provided for the wedding?
Answer
Parking at The Wharf can be expensive. Generally, we recommend you use rideshares or public transportation to get around DC! Note: If you have questions related to the wedding location, please text or call Jeremy Wood (585-451-1088)

What should I know about the boat experience?
Answer
Here is the guidance offered by City Cruises: "The vast majority of our guests experience no discomfort at all as we do not leave the calm waters of the harbor. If you tend to have a problem with motion sickness, you may experience seasickness. We recommend that if you are prone to motion sickness that you take advantage of a number of preventative measures that are available to you." Julia and Ben will have Dramamine® motion sickness medicine on board for those in need.
