Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow time for seating and to ensure an on-time ceremony.
Yes! Buses will depart from the hotel on Saturday at 4:15 PM and 4:30 PM, with return trips from the venue at 11 PM at the end of the evening.
Parking at the venue is limited. Guests staying within our hotel block are encouraged to use the provided transportation or utilize Uber/Lyft services. Please note that ride share travel time to the venue is approximately 30–45 minutes, depending on traffic.
If you’re arriving at the venue by Uber, Lyft, or in your own car, you’ll need to present the QR code that will be texted to you on the day of the wedding to enter through the gate. If there are any problems with the QR code, the guard will have a guest list available to verify your name. If you’re taking the transportation we’ve arranged from the hotel block, there’s nothing you need to do, just hop on and enjoy the ride!
Black Tie. We kindly request guests dress in formal evening attire to complement the elegance of our celebration. For men, this includes a tuxedo with a black bow tie; for women, a floor-length gown is required. Bridesmaids will be wearing black, and guests are absolutely welcome to wear black as well.

The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting.
