Our story begins at Edna Baptist Church, where we both attend church. The first thing Tyler ever said to me directly was "that's a lot of Christmas cards" and then walked off as I was checking my family's cubby of cards at the church. That night we were having fellowship at the church and I decided that I was going to officially introduce myself to Tyler so I sat down at his table and struck up a conversation. I guess you could say we kind of hit it off, and I thought he was pretty cute, so I gave him my number. After that night we talked constantly and hung out nearly everyday. Finally, on December 21st, 2017, he asked me to be his girlfriend and the very next day I left on a trip to California for 3 weeks. For months I had intentions of moving to California soon after that trip, but something about this Tyler guy made me want to stay in Mississippi for a while and see where things would take us. Little did I know that God kept me here for a reason and that reason was to find my soul mate, protector, best friend, biggest aggravation, adventure partner, and now my soon to be husband!
Tyler and I are both adventurers, so we have decided to move to Santa Rosa, California around March, 2019. We have plans of buying a camper to live in and spending our free time adventuring and exploring some of the most beautiful places in the nation. Oh and Tyler will be scuba diving, something he loves and is extremely passionate about! We may not stay forever, hence the camper, but we know we have to go, at least for a little while. I know we will always have a strong support system of family and friends that will welcome us back here with open arms no matter what. I love this place and the community of people who have helped make it HOME for so many years!
