Both were about to give up on finding the perfect partner. While Joyce was on a 6 week Airbnb stay in Whitewood, SD, they met not knowing they had found their perfect partner in each other. The plan was for Joyce to go to Austin as her next stop on a country wide Aribnb tour. Despite knowing she wouldn't be around long, Tim and Joyce took a chance. There hasn't been a day since they then they haven't spoken. Needless to say, the Airbnb excursion started and ended in South Dakota. They went on their first date February 24, 2023, went on their first vacation together that October (to Disneyland) and before the close of the year it was clear they found their other half. They had no idea though what blessings 2024 would bring. They bought their house, got engaged, got pregnant and got married. They welcomed baby Finley February 28, 2025, 2 years and 4 days after their first date. Now we are excited to slow down for a minute and celebrate all of our accomplishments with our family and friends by having a more formal marriage ceremony.
