When and where is the anniversary party?

The party is July 6, 2024. (Exactly 50 yrs to the date of our Wedding!). It will begin at 5:00pm at the Hilton Garden In Waco. The address is 5800 Legend Lake Pkwy, Waco, TX 76712.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You may RSVP through this website. Click on the "RSVP" section at the top. You will be asked to type in your full name to complete your RSVP. Please RSVP before June 15th. If for some reason, your name is not accepted in the form, please reach out to Stephanie Gatson (972-589-7827) immediately! It could possibly be a spelling error on our part. Sorry in advance for that inconvenience!

May I bring additional guests? If so, how many?

Answer

The RSVP will only allow a certain number of "additional guests" per invited guest. This can be any guest of their choice; however, we also ask that additional guests do not include children. This is a kid-free event!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

No, this is a kid-free event. There are a few exceptions that will be noted in an invited guest's RSVP.

What is the attire for the party?

Answer

The attire is Semi-Formal and Cocktail. Some ideas include... Women: Ditch the ball gowns, but opt for a midi dress, wrap dress, or a chic jumpsuit/pantsuit Men: Ditch the tux, but opt for a dress shirt and dress pants. Suit jackets, blazers, and ties are nice, but optional. ***Keep in mind that this will be a dance party, so wear something that will let you Cha Cha Slide more freely!

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Yes, we have blocked a certain number of rooms at the host hotel. Please refer to the "HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS" section of this website for information regarding special rates and how to book your room(s).

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Unfortunately no, but there will be a cash bar where guests can choose from several alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. We will provide drinks, such as water, tea and sodas.

Are you registered? Where should we ship your gift?

Answer

Although, we do appreciate gifts, they are definitely not expected! Your presence is the biggest gift you can offer! Our desire to go on a 2nd honeymoon within the next year, so you feel inclined to provide us with a gift, monetary donations towards a trip would be greatly appreciated. Our hosts will provide a card box if you would like to share kind words as well, and we will post our Zelle link at the party.
