Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We ask that our guests come fashionably dressed in all-black formal attire (Men: Tuxedos/Black Suit/Black Collared Dress Shirt and Pants. Women: Black Midi Cocktail/Evening Dress).

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All events will take place outdoors. Temperatures during March range between 70s - 80s during the day and 50s - 60s at night. There will be space heaters within the reception space.

What time will the ceremony begin?

Answer

Ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30PM. Please ensure to arrive promptly to ensure enough time to find your seats.

Are my kids allowed to come?

Answer

We would love to celebrate with all your little ones, but due to added costs for children’s meals, we have made the difficult decision to limit attendance to children who are a part of the wedding party, or otherwise already discussed prior with the Bride and Groom. We hope you understand, and we look forward to celebrating together with you. If you have any questions or would like to discuss this further, please feel free to reach out to Joelle and Xavier.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Formal invitations will specify who was allocated a plus one and if they are invited by the couple by who it is addressed to.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, the venue has plenty of parking available to accommodate our guests.

Are you providing a hotel room block?

Answer

We do not have a hotel block currently available and recommend our guests to reference our travel guide page on our website as to how to book their stay here in Las Vegas.

Where can I submit my dietary restrictions?

Answer

An option to note any dietary restrictions will be included in the RSVP link provided within your formal invitation.

Am I able to golf at Bear's Best?

Answer

Our venue does have a golf course, however we do not have a package arranged. Please reach out to us if you are inquiring about availability and pricing for golfing and we can connect you directly.
