When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by March 31,2026. We ask that all responses are in by then, as we’ll be finalizing details shortly after. If we don’t receive a response by the deadline, we’ll assume you’re unable to attend — and while we’ll miss your presence, we completely understand!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Please dress to impress in formal attire. For the ladies, we ask that you avoid wearing any shades of yellow as this color is reserved for the wedding party. We’re so excited to celebrate with you in style!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that guests arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony begins. The doors will close promptly at 5 pm and out of respect for the moment, late arrivals will be asked to wait until the ceremony concludes before entering. Thank you for being on time and helping us start this special day smoothly!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have conveniently reserved a room block for our guests at the Hampton Inn & Suites, located at 2155 Wellington Green Dr, Wellington, FL 33414. To receive the discounted rate, please call the hotel directly at 561-472-9696 and select option 0 to speak with the front desk. Be sure to ask for the Rodriguez-Williams Wedding Room Block when booking. We recommend booking early, as availability may vary.
