We are truly honored to celebrate this special occasion with you. To assist with your planning, we have provided answers to frequently asked questions below. Should you require any additional information, please feel free to reach out to the parents of the Bride and the Groom. We look forward to sharing our special day with you.
Question

Is there a recommended arrival date?

Answer

While the wedding will take place on Friday, June 26th, we encourage guests to arrive by Thursday, June 25th to join us for festivities and to enjoy all that The Sagamore, Bolton Landing, and the Adirondacks have to offer.

Question

How should I advise of my attendance, and by what date and in what manner?

Answer

Kindly reply using the enclosed response card by May 1, 2026. For accuracy, we respectfully request that responses be returned by mail rather than by text message. Regrets will be assumed for any replies not received by this date.

Question

Where should guests stay?

Answer

We invite you to refer to the Travel & Accommodations section of our website for detailed information regarding lodging options. A reserved room block is available for our guests at The Sagamore Resort, The Fort William Henry, and The Courtyard Marriott. For more recommendations for nearby hotels and rentals, please reach out to Will, Hannah, or the bride and groom's parents. We encourage early booking to ensure availability during this popular season in Lake George.

Question

What will the weather be like in June in Upstate New York?

Answer

Late June in Upstate New York is typically marked by warm days and cooler evenings, especially near the lake. Average daytime temperatures range from the low to mid-70s°F, with evenings occasionally dipping into the 50s. We recommend bringing a light layer or wrap for outdoor events, particularly those held in the evening by the water.

Question

What is the appropriate attire for this occasion?

Answer

Our wedding is Black Tie. Tuxedos, with a black bowtie or tie, for gentlemen, and floor-length dresses or gowns are appropriate for ladies. Black-tie evening wear is most fitting for the tone and setting of our celebration. Please refrain from wearing white, cream, ivory, or similar variations.

Question

May I bring a guest?

Answer

Kindly refer to the name(s) listed on your envelope when RSVPing.

Question

Will children be in attendance at the wedding?

Answer

As much as we adore the children in our lives, we have chosen to host an adults-only celebration for our wedding day. We sincerely hope this offers you an opportunity to relax and enjoy the evening in full, and we are truly thankful for your understanding as we celebrate this meaningful occasion.
