We're getting married

This romance began on Memorial Day Weekend 2016!! Whit was invited to go out with her good friend Rae on Sunday May 29, 2016. Considering she was entirely happy and comfortable 2 hours away at her cabin it took Rae some convincing to get Whit into her car to head back to the City. Meanwhile Will was out and about with his cousin Brie and a few friends in Uptown, Minneapolis. At some point Will voluntarily left Bar Louie, AKA definitely not kicked out. He headed for Williams Pub which is the best spot in town (in Williams opinion). This is where the matchmaker Rae introduced Will and Whit and their story began. It was an immediate connection and from then on they didn't want to leave each other's side. Life can happen when you least expect it and the universe worked through Rae and Bar Louie's Bouncer to bring Will and Whit together.

We can all agree - Pandemic birthdays were not great. So, William decided to surprise Whit on her 29th birthday with a sparkly diamond ring and marriage proposal! He called in sick to work, lit 100 candles, scattered rose petals and put Frank Sinatra on Alexa. Will had his brother Nick hiding in the kitchen to catch Whit's surprise on camera as she descended the stairs into the living room that morning where Will was waiting on bended knee to ask for her hand in marriage. She said Yes and here we are!
