We’re getting married!

We met at a party I was attending with my cousin Don. I later found out, it was his birthday party. We didn’t say much to each other that night. I was causally introduce to him by Don. The very next day a coworker of mine, a client of his, called me saying the birthday guy from the party was interested and wanted to exchange numbers. We met up a few days later. He tricked me into giving him a massage, claiming his back was hurting, but I went along with it. After a few months of dating, he told me I was the best birthday gift he had ever received. ☺️

Three days into our family vacation in Los Cabos, Mexico we were enjoying a nice family dinner at one of the resort restaurants. Will and I were just talking as usual and I notice his niece holding his phone as if she was going to take a picture of us. All the while, I’m cheesing trying to hold my smile I look to the left and Will is on one knee. In all honesty, I don’t remember him saying the words “Will you marry me” I just remember seeing the ring and feeling the water works running down my face. I was so excited and I guess he was nervous, because neither one of us noticed that he put the ring on the wrong hand until several minutes later. LOL!! Oh and of course, it was my mom and my Aunt Pam watching the whole thing via FaceTime on his phone!
