Other than during the ceremony, feel free to take pictures and video with your phone! We'll have a Google Drive folder set up for you to upload them!
Group photos with the photographer will start after the ceremony. If the club staff needs more time for dinner setup, guests can sit in the restaurant or hang out outside near the building. Please keep in mind if you want to walk down the trails away from the building that it's golf season and golfers are on the range. Noise should be kept low.
Our room is the Lyster room on the 2nd floor of the club. There are ways up inside the main building and from a back entrance. Details on the back entrance here: https://imgur.com/a/ER2KjmH Dinner will be served buffet-style. There is unlimited pop for guests. The second floor will have a regular restaurant on one side and a folding wall separating it from the Lyster room. If you come up the stairs from inside the main entrance you'll run in to the restaurant half first.
There is a token system where tables can choose which wine they prefer. Beyond that, please feel free to purchase additional drinks from the restaurant at your cost.
Our day-of contact is sister-in-law Stina (Étienne's spouse). Ask for her.
