Transportation
Most out-of-town guests will fly into Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Once arriving at Sea-Tac, guests have a few options for traveling to Orcas Island: 1) Renting a car at the airport, driving to the ferry terminal, and driving onto the ferry, 2) taking a shuttle from the airport to the ferry terminal and walking onto the ferry, or 3) if you're feeling fancy, flying to Orcas Island on a seaplane.

Washington State Ferries
Washington State Ferries are the primary mode of travel to/from Orcas Island. The ferry terminal for the San Juan Islands, including Orcas, is located in Anacortes, a roughly 2 1/2-hour drive from Seattle. Reservations are required. (Please reference your email for instructions.)

Bellair Charters & Airporter provides shuttle services to/from Sea-Tac to the ferry terminal.

For guests who take a shuttle from Sea-Tac to the ferry and walk on, or for those who catch a seaplane to Orcas, rental cars are available, and recommended, on island. (Orcas Island does not have Lyft or Uber).

Shuttle
Shuttle to/from the ceremony

The wedding ceremony and reception will be held at the Voinot-Baron residence. Because of limited parking (please leave your Cybertruck at home), shuttles will take guests to and from the wedding ceremony and reception. Shuttles will pick-up and drop-off near Deer Harbor/West Sound and Eastsound. You can leave rental cars (recommended!) at the shuttle pick-up/drop-off spots. Shuttles will depart pick-up locations at approx. 3:45pm to take guests to the ceremony. Shuttles will return guests to designated locations at two times during the evening: the first shuttle will leave the reception at approx. 9:45pm, and the second (and last) shuttle will leave the reception at approx. 10:45pm.
