Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes and it is specific! You will have found a reference in your formal invitation to please dress in any variation of neutral tans, browns, and greens. Please see the link to references under the 'Travel' section. We have an intimate wedding guest list and would like everyone to be color coordinated for group photos. Thank you for understanding Taylor's 'Type A' request!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP on our website or by contacting us directly by March 31st, 2025 to allow for any financial adjustments for the attending guests.

what costs can I expect as a guest?

Answer

We are having guests contribute to the cost of staying at the Air BnB and participating in the wedding activities on Sunday May 18th (this does not include the dinner that night). Guests can also expect all other associated travel costs to travel to the destination and any other meals or adventures they would like to do!

When are the Air BnB payments due?

Answer

We ask that all final payments are contributed by May 1st, 2025. If this is not doable for you feel free to reach out to us privately to discuss an alternative payment plan. Also feel free to pay this at any time or in installments that are convenient to you! Total due per person: $500.00 Payment options: Venmo, Zelle, Check, or Cash.

When are the hair & make-up payments due?

We ask that all final payments are contributed by May 1st, 2025. If this is not doable for you feel free to reach out to us privately to discuss an alternative payment plan. Also feel free to pay this at any time or in installments that are convenient to you! Total due per person: Final Amount TBD (estimated $ 72.50 US dollars per service / $145 US dollars for both hair & make-up) Payment options: Venmo, Zelle, Check, or Cash.

Can I bring a date?

Unfortunately, no. Our guest list is intentionally intimate and we ask that those attending respect that for the events on May 18th and 19th.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We will be hosting wedding activities on Sunday May 18th for all guests to participate in and spend quality time together.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please do! Feel free to reach out to us regarding specific restrictions you would like to have accommodated.

Are there specific lodging options available?

Answer

Yes! We have two Air BnB homes reserved for all invited guests. Each guest will be assigned a room, but are welcome to change rooms or homes as they wish.

Is there transportation to and from the Air BnB to the ceremony and reception dinner?

Answer

We will be coordinating shared vehicles based on those renting cars and willing to transport guests.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes we are, but there is no obligation to send us a gift. Your presence is the present to us! If you are looking for registry details please see the registry section of our website.
