Katie and the bride both attended Lutheran North High School. They have been friends since Katie’s sophomore year of high school. The bride and Katie bonded over their love of dance and the arts. Currently Katie attends Oakland University where she majors in dance and exercise science.
Madison Desenberg (Madi)
Bridesmaid
Madi and the bride met during Madi’s sophomore year of college and quickly became close friends. Bonding over their shared love of hunting for trinkets and watching hockey. Madi is currently attending Oakland University, where she is studying Exercise Science.
Allison Garrett (Ally)

Ally and the bride met during Ally’s freshman year of high school at Lutheran High North. They were in band together and have been good friends ever since. They both share a love for music and the Detroit Red Wings. Ally currently attends Grand Valley State University where she majors in political science and legal studies.
Robyn Smith
Bridesmaid
Robyn and the bride met during Robyn’s senior year of high school when Renette and the Macombers performed at Robyn’s school. They bonded over thrifting, music, and their faith, God has remained a central part of their friendship. Robyn is a freshman at Saint Clair County Community College, where she is majoring in social work with a minor in psychology.
Owen McConkey

Owen met Will during their time at Concordia Lutheran High School, but they became closer friends while at Concordia University Chicago. Him and Will both enjoy watching movies and exploring downtown Chicago with their friends. Owen will be working as a math teacher at a Lutheran high school this upcoming fall.
Tyler Trickey

Tyler and Will met during their freshman year at Concordia University Chicago. They both met and graduated in the Pre Seminar program. Tyler and Will bonded over their love of Chicago’s culture. Tyler will attended Concordia Seminary in St. Louis next fall.
Noah Clark

Noah and Will met Freshman year at Concordia University Chicago. They both like searching for the best Italian Beef in Chicago. Noah recommends Al's #1 Italian Beef, but is always up for a new adventure. He is looking forward to a career teaching English in Lutheran high schools.
Simeon Roberts
Groomsman
Simeon and Will met their freshman year at Concordia University Chicago. They have bonded over their love of theology, Detroit sports - especially the Red Wings and more recently the love of Classical Lutheran Education. Simeon will graduate Concordia University Chicago from the Classical Lutheran Education program.
