Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the beautiful Belle Meade Historic Site in Nashville, TN. We ask that guests arrive at 5pm for a pre-ceremony beverage and mingling, ceremony will begin at 5:30pm, with the cocktail hour and reception to follow immediately after.
Dress to Impress! This will be a black-tie optional celebration, and we’d love for our guests to join us in dressing up. Tuxedos and evening gowns are welcome, but not required. Dark suits, ties, and elegant dresses are perfectly appropriate. We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing jeans, shorts, or any variations of white (ivory, cream, etc.). We would love if everyone dressed in Spring colors. Soft pastels, florals, and lighter shades are perfect for the season. Bridesmaids will be in soft pink shades.
Please take a moment to check your invitation and the RSVP section on our website to see if you're able to bring a plus one. We’re sorry if we’re unable to accommodate extra guests, and we truly appreciate your understanding!
We kindly request you RSVP by March 21st so we can make appropriate arrangements for our guest count.
While we absolutely adore all of your little ones, we regret that we are unable to accommodate children at the wedding, with a few exceptions. Please reference your invitation for more details. We hope parents will see this as a fun chance for a kid-free night out and a chance to celebrate!
Both the ceremony and reception (under a tent) will be held outdoors, with dancing following the reception taking place indoors.
The ceremony will have open seating, but we kindly ask that the first two rows on either side be left open for immediate family. For the reception, a seating chart will be provided during cocktail hour.
Since the event is located near downtown Nashville, there will be plenty of options for Uber or Lyft. While there is parking available on-site, we encourage guests who plan to drink to arrange for a car service. Your safety is our top priority—please plan accordingly!
Absolutely! We’ll take care of the drinks, but the hangover is on you! Please drink responsibly and enjoy the celebration!
Nashville is home to an endless number of hotels and airbnb options which you are more than welcome to choose from. We did reserve two hotel blocks. They will acknowledge hotel block reservations until April 1, 2026. Please visit the "Travel" tab to see more information regarding access to the hotel blocks.
