So how did I meet Sweet thang Baaba!! I officially met Baaba when she came to Ghana with her soon to be husband who is my cousin. Baaba appeared so quiet at first and I knew she wasn't. Deep down there was a side of her that I knew I had to know. But i didn't know it would be a side i would fall in love with. Normally, I'll go visit Kofi in Philly and Baaba will always be there. The more I got to know her the more my trips to Philly turned into spending time with Baaba. I fall for Baaba and so did my family. A long time ago, I told Baaba "Gurl, listen if Kofi doesn't marry you, well the family would. Cause guess what you are STUCK". This nuptial has been a long time coming and I'm so happy to be right by her side to see all the happiness and prayers unfold. Baaba Is so much more than my cousin's soon to be bride, she is my sister. I love her so much!! We have created many memories together and I can't wait to create more with her. Baaba, Baaba, Baaba! Gurl, how many times did I call you? I love you so much and will always be here for you as you are stepping into this new journey. Where do I Begin? So I have known Kofi almost my whole life lol. Kofi & I are first cousins. Kofi has grown to be one of my favorite people. Kofi never missed a birthday, even though he wasn’t present physically he was always there financially. Kofi & I wouldn’t speak for months only because as you get older people tend to become busy but when we do speak, we can speak for hours and it will feel like we never missed a beat. Kofi is such a wholesome, loving, caring, funny, & sarcastic individual. I love my cousin who is like a brother to me dearly and I am so excited that my old man is finally getting married. I pray nothing but blessings on this new adventure he is about to endure. Where do I begin with Baaba/Naomi.. I met Baaba earlier 2017 when she came to NY to my house. We exchanged words and everyone went their separate ways. I seen Baaba again ending of 2017 when I was in Ghana. Then I knew that was my cousins girlfriend but didn’t really converse with her like that. Let’s fast forward to the pandemic 2020. I went to Philly to visit my cousin’s & went out for my sister birthday weekend and fell in love with Baaba ever since. Baaba is such a soft spoken, beautiful, loving, & caring, individual. Baaba loves going out her way for others, especially if it’s planning an event for someone. I have grown to love my sweet sister to be so much. Baaba continue being the sweet girl that you are and I love you so much.

I met Kofi years ago upon a weekend trip to Philly. Kofi was nothing but gracious to my friends and I little did I know of the brother I would gain in the years to come. I believe friendship comes with time and through time it proves itself. I had the privilege of meeting his beautiful bride to be Naomi at the very beginning when they started talking.
