Question

What if I need accommodations for travel to the venue location?

Answer

We are unable to provide travel accommodations from the hotel to the Gardens; however, we may request a golf cart to assist those who may not be able to walk too far (i.e., might be a fall risk, medical concerns/conditions, and/or classified as handicap). Please request at least a week before the event to prepare by sending a message or calling the bride to initiate the request.

Is admission to the Garden included in our rental?

Answer

Admission for our guests is included during regular Garden Hours for all venues except the Pavilion and the Amphitheater.

Question

Are we able to bring our child/children with us?

Answer

Yes, please notify the couple if you would like to bring your child/children to the event. To ensure available seating, please RSVP by April 10th with the number of children you will bring as guests. Please make preparations to watch your children in the Gardens and safely return to your hotel room or wherever you may be staying (if you partake in any alcoholic activities). Note: The couple or their bridal/groom party will be unavailable to assist with the "rugrats" (unless it is theirs).

When do I need to submit a RSVP?

Answer

The earlier, the better! If you are an invitee with a family (partner/spouse with kids), please RSVP by April 10th, 2025. The final deadline for invitees and their plus one to RSVP is June 10th, 2025. Any time after April 10th, 2025, it will be first come, first serve until we meet our venue’s capacity. If there are any changes to your count/RSVP, please notify us by June 13th, 2025, to make adjustments.

Will there be bar services at the event?

Answer

Yes. We will have a combo bar, meaning we will pay for a specific portion of the event, and the rest will be a cash bar. Please do not bring alcohol to the Gardens, or we will be fined. However, you can have your personal items after 3 p.m. outside the Garden. Knowing us, we may keep celebrating after the Wedding (lol), so bring it with you then.

How can I join on the Honeymoon/Vacation Cruise?

Answer

We would love our guests to join us on August 17th for the Carnival Cruise (Vista) to continue celebrating with us and for your well-needed vacation! Please call Pharron Jones, the couple's personal vacation planner for Carnival Cruise Contact Info: (1-800-819-3902 ext 83290)—she is super cool! This may help you receive a group rate. Just let her know that Tika sent you or use my government name (Martika Harrell), and she will assist you with booking :)

Question

If I join the couple on the cruise, what is expected?

Answer

As this will be our honeymoon, the couple's availability is limited. If we plan to meet at any time, we will arrange to be with you via text, phone call, or when we see you on the cruise after departing from the port. If you are okay with that, please enjoy yourself as you are on vacation after working so hard until now :) You deserve it!
