What should I wear to the wedding?

Resort formal attire is suggested. Men may wear linen suits or light-colored slacks, and women are encouraged to wear elegant, flowy dresses in vibrant colors.

How do I book my stay?

Please make your reservation directly through the provided link to be part of the group block and receive the preferred group rates. Reservations must be completed by January 1, 2027, to guarantee these rates.

How long should I plan to stay in Playa del Carmen?

Answer

The group rate is available three days before and three days after the blocked dates, so you’re welcome to stay anytime from April 26 to May 4, 2027. Please note that the hotel requires a minimum stay of three nights for all guests.

What airport do I fly into?

We recommend flying into Cancun International Airport (CUN), which is approximately 45 minutes from the resort.

How do I get to and from the airport?

Answer

Shuttle service is included with your all-inclusive package. To the Hotel: Please ensure you make your shuttle reservation at least 30 days prior to your check-in date with the hotel. Upon arrival, unwind in Hotel Xcaret’s private lounge, where the concierge team will be ready to assist you. Shuttles depart every 30 minutes, ensuring a seamless start to your weekend. To the Airport: Please notify the hotel concierge the day before your departure with your intended departure time.

With your all-fun inclusive package, you will enjoy 24-hour service, access to over 20 award-winning restaurants—including a Michelin-star option—and more than 11 bars and nightclubs offering exceptional mixology. Full access to Xcaret’s six parks and excursions is also included. Guest Services will contact each guest 30 days prior to the wedding to request a wish list for parks and dining. This is entirely optional, as excursions and restaurant reservations may also be arranged directly with the hotel upon arrival. The Xcaret app is available to explore all options, make reservations, and book excursions.
