Ask the sommelier for recommendations on wine pairing for the delicious dishes. *Fun fact - The world renown Sofitel Santa Clara Hotel was a former Convent of Saint Clare of Assisi built in the 17th century. Restaurante 1621 lies in one of their mythical rooms that was a former dining hall for the Clare Order Nuns. $$$$
