Our love story

We met working together at Wegmans. Jocelyn worked in floral, and William worked in produce. We gradually became familiar with one another and began to build a friendly relationship. William had fallen for Jocelyn, and one day before she went back to school in Richmond, he asked her out on their first date, and we fell in love. Despite a 2-hour distance, this did not stop us. We made it possible to see each other when we could and even would meet halfway in Fredericksburg for dinner and explore the old town. After a year of long distance, Jocelyn moved back home, and we were both happy to now only live 15 minutes away. In our 4 years together, we have grown together as young adults. We have found our love for exploring coffee shops and cooking great meals. Occasionally, celebrating incredible milestone at Hell's Kitchen, a classic and sentimental favorite of ours. We have shared so many incredible moments in the four years we have been together. Our hardest moment was losing our firstborn baby girl, Catalina. We were beaming with joy to expect our baby girl, but our time with her was short, but we love her very much and miss her more than life. We are very excited to move on to the next chapter of our life together and celebrate our marriage with all our family and friends. We got engaged at Meadowlark Botanical Gardens, a favorite date spot during the spring. Since we love this place so much, it only made sense to celebrate and get married here! We are very excited to see everyone and spend such a special moment with you all!
