Where is the entrance and parking for the Grand Hall Terrace @ the NRH Rec Centre?

Parking is located between the NRH Library and NRH Rec Centre. Access to the Grand Hall Terrace is at the back of the NRH Rec Center. There is a long walk way with stairs that leads to the door to enter the venue from the parking lot.
