When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We kindly ask that you RSVP by April 1st 2026. You can RSVP via mail or on our website!

What time Should I arrive to the Ceremeony?
Answer
We invite you to head over to the ceremony at 4pm for a pre-ceremony sip, and no arrive no later than 4:15pm for our 4:30 ceremony. Make sure to allow time to walk over & get settled.

Which events are outdoors?
Answer
On Friday, the welcome dinner will be held outdoors at Cookout Point, in addition to breakfast Saturday morning. The ceremony & cocktail hour will both be outdoors, on the Petunia Terrace and the Main Lodge Terrace, respectively. The reception will be held indoors in the Main Lodge. Breakfast on Sunday will be held inside at the main lodge. Saturday activities offer indoor and outdoor options!

All guests are invited to stay onsite with us at Migis Lodge for Friday & Saturday night. Please see the Travel & Accommodation page for more details!

Can I select my rooming arrangement at Migis Lodge?

We are so excited to spend the weekend with all our favorite people at Migis! To ensure capacity for all our guests, lodging arrangements will be organized by the bride & groom once we have received all RSVPs. We will ensure all lodging arrangements are appropriate and comfortable for our guests to have a great weekend!

How do I reserve my accommodation at Migis Lodge?

Once you RSVP, you can secure your reservation via this link: https://migisreservations.typeform.com/hayleyandwill. Or, you may call Migis Lodge at (207) 655-4524. We ask that you contact Migis Lodge to confirm your stay no later than April 1st. Please see the Travel & Accommodation page for more details. If you do not plan on staying at Migis Lodge, please contact Sharon Risse by April 1st.

Are meals included during our stay?
Answer
Yes, all your meals will be covered during your stay with us! Including dinner Friday night, breakfast/lunch/dinner Saturday, and a farewell brunch on Sunday. Open bars will be available Friday & Saturday night.

How do I pay for my stay at Migis Lodge?
Answer
In keeping with longstanding tradition, Migis Lodge only accepts cash or check for payment. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please feel free to reach out to bride or groom if you have any additional questions or concerns. See the Travel & Accommodation page for more details!

How Do I Get to Migis Lodge?

Migis Lodge is about a 45 minute drive from the Portland International Jet Airport and about a 2 hour drive from Boston Logan International Airport. See the Travel & Accommodation page for more details!

What Should I Pack?
Answer
Welcome dinner attire is cozy coastal cocktail, and Ceremony/Reception attire is springtime formal. Check out the "Weekend Outfit Inspiration Tab" for some guiding tips! As some of the wedding events will be held outside on uneven terrain, we recommend thicker, shorter heels, or flats. In addition to wedding event attire, we recommend athletic apparel, sandals, sneakers, bathing suits, bug spray, sunscreen and cozy campfire clothing. For May in Maine, layers are strongly recommended. Be sure to grab a sweater, shawl, or jacket!

Are children allowed?

We love your little ones! However, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. If your children are invited, their names will be listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding and helping us create an evening for the grown-ups to relax and enjoy!

We have a fun-filled itinerary planned for all of our guests Saturday. Please see the "Saturday at Camp Hayley & Will" tab for details! For those looking to spend Saturday exploring more of Maine, Portland is about a 45 minute drive away.
