The "view" button below will take you directly to our room block. The hotel is 10 minutes from the venue, and we will provide transportation to the venue, and from the venue back to the hotel. This hotel does NOT accommodate early check in, so please plan accordingly. Check in time is 3pm, check out is 11 am. There are plenty of food options, shopping, etc nearby! You do not have to use this hotel, but we suggest it :) We also booked a conference room to have an after-party for those guests who choose to stay overnight. Food and drinks on us, hangover on you! ~The room block will be available for guests to book their room through June 11th. You may still book after this date, but the discounted rate will no longer apply.~ Please note: The discount code is only needed if you book via phone. Please reach out if you have any questions!

Shuttle

We will be providing a shuttle for guests to take from the hotel to the venue, and from the venue back to the hotel. The shuttle will do its first pick up from the hotel at 3:30, and another around 4 to be dropped off at the venue. We have it reserved until 11:30pm and can take as many trips back to the hotel as needed. Please plan on this option or uber if you will be drinking.
