The airport and city center are both a 20 minute drive from the castle. If you would prefer to stay in the city, there are a lot more options for lodging to fit all budgets and you can just hire a cab for the wedding activities.

Flying into London

For those who are looking for a cheaper option of travel, you can fly into London and take a train into Edinburgh. When Will and Hailey first visited Edinburgh, they flew into London and took a train into Edinburgh! They found this to be fun and were able to see London as well. This is a really good alternative for cheaper airfare.

Caledonian Sleeper

This train is a great option for those who are wanting to travel into Edinburgh from London. The train ride is 11 hours so when Will and Hailey did this journey, they got a sleeper cabin.
