Travel Note
For anyone staying at the Gant, the Limelight, the Viceroy or the Snowmass Club, your hotel will provide you transportation to and from the Aspen Airport. Please reach out to them directly at least 24 hours in advance with your flight information to schedule! And call as soon as you land as it can slip their minds :)
Hotel
An amazing option! This 5-star hotel is right across the street from the Limelight and available at a great price! You can take advantage of the transportation offered on Friday and Saturday nights for the wedding events from the Limelight.
Hotel
Our room block is full, but if someone has dropped out, please use the link below to take advantage of the rate of $299 per night (plus taxes and fees). Guests can also call in at 855-565-0985 and say they are with the Voss Carver wedding to receive the discount. Located at the base of Snowmass Mountain, it is within walking distance of mountain hikes, restaurants, etc. Please note that parking is $45 per night. However, a wonderful public bus system can take you to Aspen town if you wish, so unless you are flying into Denver a car shouldn't be necessary. Transportation will be provided to the wedding, which is just minutes down the road.
Travel Note
There are lots of Airbnbs in Snowmass Mountain Village (including 2 or 3 bedrooms) that are available for less than the cost of Aspen hotels, but we recommend booking in advance! If booking an Airbnb in Snowmass Village, you will have access to transportation to and from wedding events.
Travel Note
We highly recommend Aspen's free public bus system! Utilize the public transportation tab in your Google Maps app to find bus routes and times.
Flight
ASE is just a couple of miles from both Aspen and Snowmass. There are direct flights available from Houston, Austin, Dallas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago and Denver. Most accommodations offer transportation to and from this airport.
Flight
You can fly into DEN directly from any major airport and rent a car. The drive is beautiful, but make sure you have more than enough time, as traffic can add several hours (especially on Sunday driving back to Denver)
