Yes! This event is black tie optional. Ladies, think elevated midi or maxi dresses and gowns. Men, think suit with a tie or a tuxedo. We can't wait to be dressed up with everyone!
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00. We ask that everyone is seated at 3:45 so we can remain on schedule!
We are embracing our big families! If your children's names were added to the formal invitation, then they are more than welcome to join all of the festivities!
Please note that there will not be any transportation provided to and from the ceremony. Guests should plan to drive themselves to the church and then back to the Gaylord for the cocktail hour and the reception. Whites Chapel is a quick 15 minute drive from the Gaylord, then the rest of the night will continue at the Gaylord property. Feel free to carpool & please remember to allot extra time for the valet to bring your car around!
Please note that the Glass Cactus is not inside of the Gaylord. Although listed under the same address, the Glass Cactus has its own parking lot, off to the right of the hotel towards the lake! If you are staying at the Gaylord, we recommend parking or valeting then walking over to the Glass Cactus for the reception! If you are not staying at the Gaylord, please park in the Glass Cactus parking lot!
