The red string theory is an ancient belief suggesting an invisible red cord connects those destined to meet or be together. Long before we realized it, the universe was quietly, patiently, and persistently trying to bring us together. We crossed paths countless times, shared mutual friends, and even met once at a Lebanese festival (shout out: Teo), without realizing that handshake would one day turn into a full blown marriage. Later we found out that even our families had been connected; they lived next door to each other in Scarborough and didn't even know it! It wasn’t until we started playing volleyball together that the thread finally tightened, and from that moment on, we’ve been inseparable. Now we look back and laugh at how many chances fate gave us.
