Some say that great things take time. And for us it is no different. We initially met almost a decade a go, through mutual friends and interests, always appreciating each other's kind and respectful interactions. Our desire for fulfillment and adventure eventually led us back together years later. Our laugher and compatibility was clear from the ‘re-start’ and lead to our first kiss. It was an instant connection. The lights went on instantly and haven’t flickered since. We both went through a lot before we reconnected, but we somehow never let those tolls weigh us down. Instead we used it as strength to embolden our core values and beliefs. It allowed us to look inward and recognize what we need and the kind of person we were looking for. We often look back on those rough times and call it a 'perfect storm' because now it allows us the opportunity to fully appreciate one another. Our willingness to seek a truthful, honest, caring and faithful coexistence ensures a lifetime of happiness and grace.
