The rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and the reception will all take place in the same location at the Historic Arcadia Farm wedding venue. The address for this venue is 1720 KY-2141. Stanford, KY 40484.
The ceremony will begin at 5pm. Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes early to ensure adequate time.
The dress code is cocktail attire. Think dressy separates & cocktail dresses or suit and ties! Part of the event will take place in an outdoor setting, so you may want to bring a light cover for the evening.
Due to the venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate additional guests unless specified in your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
Our celebration will be adult only. We appreciate your understanding!
Our wedding registry can be located under the "Registry" tab. If you prefer, a contribution to our honeymoon fund is also appreciated, but please understand that having you apart of our celebration is gift enough!
We understand several of our guests will require overnight accommodations. We have listed different options for hotel reservations that are in close proximity to the event venue. This can be viewed under the "Travel" tab!
Yes- food will be served throughout our cocktail hour and dinner following the ceremony.
Yes! There will be open bar service to celebrate the occasion.
Out of respect for our wedding photographer, we ask that guests refrain from using their phones throughout the ceremony (unplugged). Photos, videos, etc. are welcome at the reception!
Guests are welcome to park at the venue and leave their vehicles overnight. However, it must be retrieved by 10 am the following day.
