Question
Where should I stay?
Answer
We recommend booking a hotel or Airbnb in the Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, or Gatlinburg area. We'll be staying near 2225 Jericho Way, Sevierville, TN 37876, so accommodations in that area will be the most convenient for wedding events. There are plenty of options available, from cozy cabin rentals to hotels and resorts. We encourage guests to book early, as the area can be especially busy during peak travel seasons.
Question
What is the dress code?
Answer
We don't have a strict dress code! We want everyone to wear something they feel comfortable and confident in. Think casual to semi-formal rather than black tie. We'll likely be spending much of our time outdoors, so please dress for the weather and wear appropriate shoes. If you're wondering whether your outfit works, it probably does. We do ask that guests avoid jeans if possible, but we're much more interested in having you there than policing your wardrobe.

Can I bring a guest?

To keep our celebration intimate, we are only able to accommodate the guests specifically listed on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with the friends and family joining us.

Are children invited?
Answer
Absolutely! We love your minis and are excited to celebrate with guests of all ages. Children are welcome to join us for both the ceremony and reception. When you RSVP, please let us know how many members of your family will be attending so we can plan accordingly. Of course, if you'd prefer a completely kid-free weekend, that's perfectly okay too. Feel free to tell the kids that Claire and Will said they had to stay home—we're happy to take the blame if it means you get a chance to relax, unwind, and enjoy the celebration.

What time should I arrive?

We're still finalizing the weekend schedule and will share more details as the date gets closer. Once plans are confirmed, we'll update the website with ceremony and event times.

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
We will not be providing transportation between venues or accommodations. We encourage guests to coordinate carpools whenever possible, especially if you're staying near one another.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Answer
Yes! We want everyone to enjoy the celebration. If you have dietary restrictions, allergies, or other food-related needs, please let Claire or Will know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Where are you registered?
Answer
We're not registered anywhere at this time. Your presence is truly the greatest gift we could ask for. For those who would like to give a gift, we would be grateful for contributions toward our future adventures together—whether that's traveling, moving, building a home, or whatever comes next. A check, cash gift, or Venmo is more than enough and deeply appreciated.

What if I can't attend?
Answer
No worries at all! We know traveling to Tennessee isn't possible for everyone. We'll also be celebrating with family and friends closer to home in Wisconsin and South Carolina during the spring and summer of 2027. If you can't make it to Tennessee, we'll look forward to celebrating with you then.
