Question

We were thinking of bringing your wedding gift with us to give to you on your big day. Is that okay?

Answer

Thank you for being so thoughtful! As our bags are already at max capacity with everything we're bringing for the ceremony and reception we kindly ask that gifts of any kind (physical or monetary) are NOT brought to Cabo. We will be staying in Cabo for over a week after our wedding, going to a couple of other resorts, and don't want to risk anything happening to your gift.

Question

I heard that due to COVID-19 the CDC is requiring anyone flying into the US to provide a Negative Test before boarding the plane. Where in Mexico can I get tested?

Answer

The CDC has announced that anyone traveling to the U.S. on or after January 26th 2021 will be required to present proof of a negative COVID-19 test, as well as a signed attestation letter, prior to entering the country. Pueblo Bonito is now offering same-day, COVID-19 testing services to help our guests easily comply with these new requirements. Test centers are located onsite at the resort, and the services are INCLUDED with our all-inclusive package for stays of 3 nights or longer. Please take a look at the Travel & Accommodations page for more info.

COVID-19 is a reality in all our lives. The precautions that are being taken in Mexico are just as strict as they are in California. Masks are required with exception to when dining or lounging by the pool. There are temperature checks before you enter the resort as well as any onsite and off-site restaurants. Your luggage is disinfected upon arrival to the resort and there are gallon bottles of hand sanitizer everywhere! Yes, ALL ROOMS ARE FULLY REFUNDABLE as long as you cancel at least 21 days prior to your arrival date! Also, the resort only charges you for 1 night when booking and the rest at check in.
