Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we encourage all those invited to please attend, those of you with children please be aware a 22-acre lake is mere feet from both the ceremony and reception locations. A lifeguard will not be on duty, and the lake is strictly off limits. There is also a water fountain in the front entrance of the reception that is not sturdy for kids to climb on/in. With that being said, families who have children present will be responsible for the safety of them for the evening as there will be no childcare provided. We can't wait to see each and every one of you help celebrate our leap into marriage.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding dress code will be Black Tie Optional. This means ladies have the option to wear long formal dresses and gentlemen can wear a tuxedo. However, it is not required. Cocktail dresses and dark suits are also great! :)

It will be July in South Carolina; it will be hot.

The ceremony and reception are at the same venue in different spots!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the size of the event, we can only accommodate those that are listed on the wedding invitation. Thank you for your understanding!

I have a food allergy. Can I make a special request?

Answer

We want to be sure everyone has something to eat! There will be a space when you RSVP to let us know of any food allergies/special dietary requests. The food will be marked clearly if it is allergy-friendly.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Since it is going to be July in South Carolina, we recommend you plan to arrive fifteen to thirty minutes before the ceremony.
