What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 20 minutes before the ceremony begins so everyone has time to park, find seating, and get settled (add an additional few minutes if you run on Pynos Time).

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors/outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place indoors in the chapel on-site. The reception party following dinner will take place outdoors, weather permitting, so please dress comfortably for the weather.

We wish we could celebrate with everyone, but limited capacity allows us to host adult guests only.

Yes, parking will be available on-site. Additional details and directions will be shared closer to the wedding date.

A family-style dinner will be served. Kindly share any dietary needs with us in advance.

Yes! For guests staying off-site, we are currently arranging shuttle transportation and will share details soon.
