Willow and Pine Market
Willow and Pine is a locally owned store where you can find gifts, decor, kitchen items, or start your own Polish pottery collection. Will and I love the store so much we made a wedding registry there!
SIP Wine Room
If you plan on arriving Friday evening, take a short 3 minute walk on down to SIP Wine Room for a cocktail to start your weekend. They offer a variety of wines, beer, and cocktails to enjoy.
Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum
Visit the Bluegrass Museum and explore interactive exhibits, posters, costumes, live instrument demonstrations, and International Bluegrass Music Association's Hall of Fame.
Smothers Park
With just a short walk from the hotel you can enjoy the scenic views from a swing overlooking the water. If you are bringing the kiddos along, this playground is a wonderful place for kids to play and burn off some energy!
City Walk of Owensboro
A tasty local restaurant that prides themselves in being a "hole in the wall down by the river". Will and I have enjoyed a date night here and could not have been more pleased with the service and our meals. If you plan to visit, we suggest a reservation due to the size of the restaurant.
Lure Seafood & Grille
Lure is conveniently located just on the backside of the hotel! Stop in for brunch or dinner for a made from scratch meal.
Owensboro-Daviess County Christmas Parade
On Saturday, take a short stroll down 2nd Street to watch the Owensboro-Daviess County Christmas Parade! The parade begins at 4:30 following along 2nd Street and will end near the hotel.
