Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

While transportation to the church will not be provided, shuttles will be available between the Middletown hotels and the reception venue. Multiple departure times will be offered both before and after the reception for your convenience.

Where will the shuttle be leaving from?

Answer

The shuttle to and from the reception will pick up and drop off at the Courtyard Marriott in Middletown. If you’re staying at one of the other recommended hotels, it’s just a quick walk to the shuttle stop.

When will I be able to check into my hotel room?

Answer

Check-in time is 3:00 PM. The hotels are unable to guarantee early check-in. Guests who require earlier access to their rooms are encouraged to reserve accommodations for both Thursday and Friday evening.
