Wedding Ceremony

The event is black-tie optional or formal. Please dress accordingly.
General Guests should plan to arrive by 3:15 pm. The Ceremony begins at 4:00 pm and should last approximately a half hour. The cocktail hour at the reception venue begins at 7:30 pm, giving guests time to drive to their hotel, check in, freshen up, and board the transportation to the reception venue. Parking The iPhone app SpotHero is useful to download, look up parking, and pay for parking ahead of time. However, limited parking for the event is available on American Street between Filbert and Church Streets - a placard is needed for your car, provided by parking attendants from the Church that will be on-site. If this parking option is full, guests may have to park around the Church in Old City, Philadelphia and pay for metered street parking. There are also parking lots in Old City that are typically maximum $20.

The Cocktail Hour The Cocktail Hour will be from 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm. Guests can arrive at the reception venue as early as 7:15 pm. The open bar will close for approximately 10 minutes near the end of the Cocktail Hour to move guests into the seated dinner area - don't worry, it reopens for dinner! Dinner Both a salad course and a main course will be served at dinner. Desserts and coffee will be served afterwards. The open bar is available throughout the dinner. Dancing Bring your dancing shoes! The dance floor will be open after speeches and toasts. The open bar will be open throughout the reception. Ring in the New Year! A 2022 cheers will take place at midnight! Help us ring in 2022 as newlyweds. The reception ends at 12:30 am. Guests can start boarding the transportation back to the hotels as early as midnight. Guests have until 1:00 am to vacate the premises.
