Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure everyone can be seated in a timely fashion. If you are traveling, please consider additional time if you are unfamiliar with the area.

When should we book our flights and hotels?

Answer

We recommend booking all travel plans as early as possible. Not only is spring a busy time in Arizona due to its gorgeous weather, but we also have limited rooms available for our room block at the resort.
