FAQs

The Wedding Website of EMILY RUBINO and WILLIAM CUNDIFF
Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dress up! We are looking at a semi-formal dress code. This includes mid/floor length dresses for women and suits for men. The bridesmaids will be in champagne. Ladies: please feel free to wear any color other than white or red! Summer pastel colors (blush, lavender, mint, baby blue, etc) are encouraged but not required.

Question

What time does the wedding start?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm. To ensure everything runs smoothly, please arrive no later than 4:30 pm, we encourage you to arrive between 4:15 pm and 4:30 pm. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated!

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

Please, please, please do not take pictures during the ceremony. It is the bride and groom's wish for everyone to be fully engaged and present, rather than focused on their phones. This will be a special moment for all of us, and we want everyone to share in it together. After the ceremony, feel free to take photos and celebrate with the couple! There will be a QR code to download an app on your phone to download any pictures you have to a shared album! We will also have a photo booth!

Question

Can I bring my kid(s)?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we will be keeping this an adult-only wedding. This means you have the night to relax and party!

Question

Where exactly is the wedding?

Answer

Our entire wedding will take place at Linwood Country Club. There is a link on our Home Page with directions.

Question

Where will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside on the golf course, the cocktail hour will be under the tent on the patio, and the reception will be inside!

Question

What should I expect at the ceremony?

Answer

We pushed back the ceremony to 5:00 pm in hopes that it would cool down! We will have some little favors to keep you cool. The ceremony is set to last for only 30 minutes as well.

Question

Is there parking available at the country club?

Answer

Yes, there is parking. Sometimes the lot fills up quickly- especially with a wedding. If this is the case, you will park on the grass. You will see around the Fox Den (outside bar) there is a trail that brings you to parking on the grass.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends! Due to the intimate nature of our wedding, we kindly ask that only those named on the invitation attend. Thank you for understanding, and we can’t wait to celebrate together!

Question

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know if you have any allergies so we can accommodate you. We’re excited to celebrate with you and want everyone to have a great time! As we’ll have an open bar, we kindly ask that you drink responsibly and be mindful of your limits. Let’s make it a memorable night for all!

Question

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes, the staff at Linwood is very helpful and will provide any accommodations including golf cart rides, guidance, etc.

Question

Can I contact someone if I have any questions?

Answer

Yes! Please contact Emily and/or Billy. They will answer anything you have questions about!
