Ceremony begins promptly at 2pm, so please be about 30 minutes early

Due to limited space, only guests listed on your invitation are invited

Is there parking available at the ceremony site? What about for the reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be limited parking available in front of IC Chapel in Lot 1 (Terrace Parking Lot), but there will be more parking at Lot 10 (Memorial Parking Lot) which is a short walk to the chapel. There will be directional signs guiding you from Lot 10 to the chapel. As for the reception, guests will park on the field right by the barn, and a golf cart is available to shuttle handicapped guests closer to the barn.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

No, the ceremony takes place in IC Chapel at Mount St. Mary’s University, and the reception is about a 25-30 minute drive through the Catoctin Mountains. Try to avoid taking Easterday Rd before or after the reception.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

Kindly indicate dietary restrictions when you RSVP. Mission BBQ will do what they can to accommodate you, and please feel free to ask the servers about the ingredients of dishes
