How does the shuttle work?

Answer

WE ARE AT MAXIMUM CAPACITY FOR THE 2:50PM SHUTTLE TO THE VENUE. The shuttle driver will have a list of names to cross off when those who RSVP'd board. There is plenty of parking at the venue. We invite everyone to let loose and let us provide a sober ride back to the Holiday Inn Express in Red Wing! Two (2) shuttles will depart from the venue as the music stops at 10:00PM to bring guests back to Red Wing. Any cars that remain overnight need to be removed by 12PM noon on Saturday.

Are our children invited?

Answer

While we love your children, to give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about their little ones, we politely request no children attend. This is an adult only celebration.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail/Semi-formal attire is requested. Gowns and suits are just as welcome as cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits and slacks with a collared shirt.

Is this event indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors in the woods. There is a small walk to the ceremony site on a mowed grassy path. There will be a golf cart available for those who would like a ride to/from the ceremony site. The reception will be inside of a temperature controlled barn.

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes! There is a large grassy field to park in with a parking attendant to guide your way. Overnight parking is OK. Any cars parked overnight must be removed by 12PM noon the next day.
