Matron of Honor
We've been friends for 36 years so it only made sense to include her. Cheryl's support and guidance in all things have been invaluable over the course of my lifetime. Plus she's an enneagram 6 so I know she'll be prepared to help cover every little emergency that arises on the big day ;)
Best Man
Friends since 10th grade. Paul is sharp, determined, resilient and one heck of a motivator. He was always there to push and inspire me to think outside the box throughout the course of my life. At 16 we created an internationally known syndicate called NKODE- Encoding the Animation. From that day we vowed there was no dream too big or too difficult for us to achieve.
Bridesmaid
Emily may be younger than me by a hot minute, but our bond as sisters is steadfast. Emily is loyal, loving, and an incredible example of an empathetic listener. She's also the first to jump in and lend a hand and I'm so grateful to have her by my side!
Groomsman
Steve has been there for me through the thickest of thick to the thinnest of thin. We met at one of my first positions in our line of work. Little did I know that it would turn into a life long friendship and that the path God chose, lead us to work together again. He is caring, selfless, and his well spring of Biblical knowledge has guided me through the years, the toughest of times and across the pond during my period in China.
Bridesmaid
As a member of the original "3 Musketeers," our adventures in childhood are still fondly spoken of, even if I'm talking about being the odd man out as the youngest of our crew. Sleepovers, fort building, playing pretend, learning to drive in the pasture, we did it all together and my life is richer for it. While distance may separate us, when we cousins get together, it's like no time has passed at all!
Groomsman
Andrew and his wonderful family welcomed me into their home with open arms while I was in college. Our friendship truly strengthened on a pivotal moment of my life right after college. Always there to lend a helping hand, an ear to listen or a shoulder to cry on. My other brother in Christ who has always kept my faith in check no matter what difficulty was to be endured, whether here at home or out in the Wild East of Asia.
Bridesmaid
Best friends who come into your life in adulthood are rare. Amy and I met over a decade ago and instantly fell into an easy pattern of friendship together. That friendship has morphed many times as careers and life stages have changed, but through it all, she's been a constant companion, a faithful listening ear, and the world's best advice giver.
Groomsman
I've known Jesse for 27 years, since we were kids hanging with Dad, catching up on action movies, fishing, riding bikes, and playing pool. Truly the ideal brother growing up, then life, career, relationships, and travels happened through the years, eventually we managed to get back in touch again. Jesse is a man that has endured more than i can ever imagine, yet he’ll still put everyone else before him. Unshakably strong at will and a steadfast God fearing man. He never fails to remind me to not take life too seriously, really enjoy the moment, especially the joy of caring for animals and the great outdoors.
Junior Bridesmaid
The oldest of my nieces, Camille gave me the best role of my life (to date) of aunt! She's witty and wise beyond her years. She's also a schemer and often hatches plans that involve her leaving her sisters behind and hanging with her mom and me, "just the big girls." Gosh, they grow up quickly!
Groomsman
I got to meet Joseph through Andrew, my main brother during our adventures in China. Whether it was for studies, work or for travel, we’d always look out for each others backs out in the Wild East. He is adventurous, considerate and insanely driven, and provides sage wisdom and humor when you least expect it.
Junior Bridesmaid
As a fellow middle child, Faye and I instantly connect with being both the big and little sister in the appropriate situations. Faye has an outrageous amount of energy, is honest to a fault, is abundantly considerate, and loves playing soccer more than I ever did (which says a lot!). I can't wait to see her in a dress (gasp, for those who know her, this is not her MO!)!
Groomsman
Luke has been a big brother to Kelli since saying "I do" to Cheryl in 2007. He is the brother she never had and probably knows more about her life than most brothers as her resident pharmacist and best dude-advice-giver ;) Will and Luke hit it off immediately upon meeting and Luke has been saying that he's looking forward to having Will as a brother since the early days of our relationship.
Flower Girl
June is the quiet, unassuming type...until you ruffle her feathers, and then she and I have more in common than I'd like to admit! She is kind and considerate and has a wild imagination. She's also not afraid to ask for what she wants... like being the flower girl in our wedding. :)
